Celebrating the DAE Iconic Week of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav
Our country is celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) on completing 75th year of our independence. AKAM is a country wide campaign, dedicated to the people of India for their contribution in India's evolutionary journey, recognizing and saluting the power and potential of our country. Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) is proud to be associated with AKAM in this evolutionary journey and it is decided to celebrate an iconic week (August 22-28, 2022) conducting various activities to showcase the achievements and joining hands to move ahead towards "Atma Nirbhar Bharat".
DAE has setup an Incubation Centre at RRCAT along with the other units for successful translation of the know-how of the technologies to marketable product or process through incubation of technologies with partnership of Indian industries. The technologies being offered are societal in nature and useful to common man/ general industries with good market potential. The promotion of these technologies among MSMEs and start-ups are one of the priority areas.
To reach out representative of industries, Incubation Centre RRCAT is organizing a one-day interaction meeting titled, "Fostering RRCAT-Industry Partnership with Technology Transfer & Incubation" on 24th August 2022 from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The objective of this interaction meeting is to get familiarize with DAE & RRCAT activities and to create awareness to join hands with RRCAT to deploy the developed technologies through technology transfer and to develop jointly advanced products of public interest through technology incubation.
