Technologies developed at LBAD and available for transfer / already transferred

The following technologies developed at LBAD are available for transfer/ already transferred to industry.

2. Raman Probe : Technology already transferred in October 2018 and also available for transfer (https://barc.gov.in/technologies/raman/index.html)

4. OncoVision (Vision Enhancement Module): Technology ready and available for transfer (https://barc.gov.in/technologies/vem/index.html)

5. NeelBhasmi (नीलभस्मी) - UV based area sanitization device to inactivate various micro-organisms including corona viruses: Technology recently developed (during lockdown period), already transferred on June 15, 2020 and also available for transfer (https://barc.gov.in/technologies/vem/index.html)

OncoDiagnoScope – A stand-alone, field-usable optical spectroscopy based point-of-care device for instant non-invasive diagnosis of oral cavity cancer.


TuBerculoScope – A low cost and compact fluorescence imaging device for rapid detection of tuberculosis.


Raman Probe – A hand-held opto-mechanical module for in-situ measurement of artefact-free Raman spectra from low Raman active materials like biological tissues.


OncoVision (Vision Enhancement Module) - A low cost fluorescence imaging tool for identification of malignant and potentially malignant lesions of oral cavity.
