Pulse power supply for pulsed solid-state RF amplifiers

A pulse power supply having 24 number of 50 V, 80 A pulse power modules has been designed and developed within RF Power Supplies Laboratory, RFSD to bias 24 number of pulsed solid-state RF amplifiers. All its pulse power modules are fabricated and tested in-house. The rise time and fall time of output pulse are observed to be less than 20 µs. The droop observed in output pulse is below 0.25 V (0.5%).
