Power Converters Developed by HVSS

Current controlled 15V/3A filament power supply floating at -150 kV

The 15V/3A current controlled filament power supply floating at -150 kV was designed, developed and tested successfully with 150 kV dc isolation. The power supply is designed with hybrid power circuit topology which consists of SMPS at front end and followed by a current controlled linear post regulator. The HV isolation using optical fiber has been provided in control & status signals and isolation in power circuit has been provided by HV isolation transformer.
