Manufacturing Technology Lab (MTL) is equipped with general and special purpose precision lathes, Milling and boring machines, electro-discharge machining facilities and grinding machines. These machines are capable of machining precision components with high dimensional accuracy and fine surface finish.
The planning activities are carried out using “Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning Software” which tries to synchronize user expectations with available resources so that the manufactured job meets the quality requirements. The coordination of all activities is done by dedicated coordination team in MTL.
All machines and computers are connected through a dedicated internal network to ease data transfer, code transfer, visualization and monitoring.
Maintenance of all machines is also done by MTL. MTL follows Operate, Maintain and Deliver.
