Cross Counter Flow Type Heat Exchangers

We have used six numbers of cross counter flow type heat exchangers operating between different temperature ranges. In this, the high pressure helium gas flows through inside of the high finned density tubes, whereas the low pressure gas flows touching the fins from outside in cross direction through annular cylindrical volume enclosed between the shells, containing these finned tubes, wound spirally.

All the six heat exchangers were made in house using high finned density tubes procured from an Indian manufacturer. The shells were made by local fabricator.
