6. Magnets developed for other accelerator projects of RRCAT:

Few dipole magnets, solenoids and steering magnets have been successfully designed and developed as per the specifications for Low Energy Beam Transport (LEBT), Proton Linac, Synchrotron Radiation (SR) beam line experiments and Non-Evaporative Getter (NEG) coating facility at RRCAT.

(i) Magnets for LEBT, Proton Linac, RRCAT:

(ii) Dipole magnets for SR beam line experiments:

Two magnets one with fixed pole gap and other with variable pole gap dipole magnets have been designed and developed for SR beam line experiments.

(iii) Solenoids for NEG coating facility, RRCAT:

Two water cooled solenoids, each of one-meter long, have been developed for NEG coating facility of RRCAT and the main parameters of the solenoids are given below.
