Call for Papers

Contributed papers for the meet are invited from all the units and institutes.

Text of the paper should be prepared in "JACoW" format, which can be downloaded from
https://www.JACoW.org/ .

Poster size and orientation
Attention - Poster Presenters
It may be noted that the size of the poster boards to be provided for the poster session will be three feet wide and four feet long. The size of posters hence may be restricted to a maximum of two feet nine inches wide and three feet nine inches long.

All the papers will be reviewed by Technical Programme Committee for inclusion in the proceedings and the author of the selected papers would be asked for oral/ poster presentation during the Meet.

Hard copy of full text of papers should be sent to AERB and soft copy by Email before July 31, 2015 to
