Tender documents for the above work can be had from the office of Chief Engineer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, PO: RRCAT, Indore-452013 on written request on any working day between 10.00 hrs. and 16.00 hrs. from 20.12.2007 to 07.01.2008 on payment of Rs.500.00, (Rupees five hundred only) per set in cash on production of proof of registration in appropriate class of contractors, proof of experience of similar types of works and in case of professional agencies those who are not registered shall have to produce certificate for satisfactory completion of 3 works of similar magnitude. The contractors should submit a list of technical staff, police certification data of technical staff and latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate. The original of all the documents should be brought for verification.

After submitting all documents the tender forms shall be issued. The tender forms will not be sent by post. A set of drawings as indicated in Section VI will also be issued to the tenderer. It will be obligatory on all tenderers to return the drawings at the time of opening the tenders.

Registered contractors shall only be elligible for issue of tender documents, who have satisfactorily completed 3 similar works costing not less than 40% of estimated cost or 2 similar works costing not less than 50% of estimated cost or 1 similar work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost, only such contractor shall be elligible for issue of tender documents whose annual turnover of last three years ending 31st March. is not less than 30% of estimated cost of work. The similar work would mean landscaping, pertaining to Gardening, plantation and maintenance.

Tenders which should always be placed in sealed covers with name of work written on the envelope will be received in the Office of the Chief Engineer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, PO: RRCAT, Indore - 452 013 M.P. up to 1500 hrs. on 09.01.2008 and will be opened on the same day at 15.30 hrs. in the presence of the attending tenderers.

Earnest money deposit in the form as stipulated in the tender documents should be enclosed along with the tender in a separate sealed envelope.Tenders not accompained by the Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected, Right is reserved for rejecting any or all tenders without assiging any reason.
