Printed / cyclostyled / Photocopied form of tender document consisting of complete specification schedule of various classes of work to be done and the set of ''conditions of contract'' to be complied with by the persons whose tender may be accepted which will also be found printed in the form of tender can be obtained from the office of the Chief Engineer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, PO : RRCAT, Indore 452 013 on written request to be made in person on any working day between 10.00 hrs. and 16.00 hrs. on payment of amount Rs.500.00(Rupees Five hundred only.)in cash (Non-refundable) from 12.10.2009 to 28.10.2009on production of satisfactory proof of registration in appropriate class of contractors, bank solvency certificate, latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate, their past experience of last five years in the execution of similar types of works, performance certificate, list of construction planr and machinery, list of technical staff, police certification data of technical staff.

     After examining these documents, blank tender forms shall be issued only to a party prima facie found suitable to carry out tender job. Sale of tender document and subsequent opening of tender does not imply acceptance / approval. Tender will not be sent by post. A set of drawings as indicated in Section VI will also be issued to the tenderer. It will be obligatory on all tenderers to return the drawings at the time of opening the tenders.

     Only such contractors shall be eligible for issue of tender documents whose annual turn over of last three years ending on 31st March, is not less than 30% of the estimated cost and who have satisfactorily completed three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost or two similar works costing not less than 50% of estimated cost orone similar work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost.

Tenders which should always be placed in sealed covers with name of work written on the envelope will be received in the Office of the Chief Engineer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, PO: RRCAT, Indore - 452 013 M.P. up to 1500 hrs. on 30.10.2009 and will be opened on the same day at 15.30 hrs. in the presence of the attending tenderers.

     (i) The earnest money mentioned above shall be submitted in the form of Fixed deposit receipt, Deposit at call receipt or Crossed demand draft in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, PO: RRCAT, Indore 452 013 (MP). Cheques & Bank guarantees for earnest money deposit will not be accepted.

     (ii) In the case of contractors in the approved list of State PWDs. , CPWD., or MES, evidence showing the appropriate and eligible class to which they belong.

Chief Engineer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or to allot part of the works to different agencies without assigning any reason whatsoever.
