Centre for Advanced Technology,Administrative Building,PO:RRCAT, Indore-452 013, Madhya Pradesh, between 11.00 Hrs. and 15.30 Hrs. on all working days (excluding lunch break).   Import License will be provided only if the items are not available indigenously.

The tenderer shall submit alongwith the tender EMD of Rs

/- in  the  form  of Demand Draft  Or Bankers Cheque from an

Nationalist/Sceduled Banks drawn in favour of Pay & Accounst Officer, RRCAT, Indore. Any offer not  accompanied with the EMD shall be rejected summarily as non responsive, The EMD of  the unsuccesfull bidders shall be returned  within 30 days of the lend of  the bid validity period. The same shall be forfeited  it the tenderers withdraw their offer after the tender opening during the bid validity period.The Government shall not be liable for payment of any interest on EMD or any depreciation thereof.     Postal  requests  for  tender documents should be accompanied  by on submission of an Account  Payee Demand Draft (Cross drawn DDs are acceptable) drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, payable at Indore towards the prescribed cost of tender document and addressed directly to the Pay & Accounts Officer, Administrative Building, PO : RRCAT, Indore-  452 013.   Request for tender documents sent to any other office other than Pay & Accounts Officer, RRCAT, are likely to be ignored.   The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest or any tenders in part or full without assigning any reasons.
